Meeting in PMI Romania Chapter

On 29th November, 2007 traditional meeting in PMI Romania Chapter was held in Bucharest (Romania).

Vadim Bogdanov, General Manger of «Bogdanov & Associates», was invited as a presenter. At the meeting he made a presentation about Project Management Implementation.

Vadim Bogdanov’s presentation «Project Management Implementation: Case Studies and Best Practices» was an overview of the implementation process of Project Management including both methodological and technical sides. The main topics were:

• Components of EPM (methodology, software, culture);
• Key elements of methodology (Corporate PM Standard, policies, user guides);
• Microsoft Software offerings to support methodology (EPM, Groove, SharePoint…);
• How to put all those components in place and run Project Management system (implementation process + implementing PMO) All topics were supported by cases from Russian and CIS practice.
